Breakfast was good and staff friendly. Staff provided help with another power adapter for an Indian Power Point to charge phones/ipad/laptop etc . Anyone travelling to India from overseas needs to be aware that their are three (3) different power point sockets here (you need power adapters for all three just in case). Property is brand new and I thoroughly recommend if you are heading this direction and need an overnight in the region .

Our stay at Malakkarethu was truly amazing. Despite our late-night check-in due to personal reasons, the staff was incredibly accommodating and supportive. We had the pleasure of meeting Jojy J Varghese and his wife Deepthi, the gracious hosts, whose warm welcome and friendly demeanor made us feel right at home. Mr. Jojy even took the time to help us capture some wonderful moments on their property. Our children thoroughly enjoyed the scenic river view and the presence of birds, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay.

    Very nice apartmentsand moderately furnished ones and lots of privacy. Very helpful staff and owner. The promoter personally overseas that his customers are satisfied. The Apartment hold all amenities for a family to stay over with all comforts. You could even cook with gas connection..... Excellent location, clean and adequate rooms
