Wow! What a place! Full of history, this heritage place makes you feel sad when you have to leave and can't stay more! Everything made with best of taste and attention to the slightest detail. Everything in the house has its history and its meaning! And the host? Oh, the host! A true gentleman, he's there to welcome you, guide you in the historic property, tell you the story of his family and his place, answer your questions and explain everything, organize your tour in Old Goa, Panjim and surroundings, prepare (with the help of his excellent staff) the best dinner you had in India and make you feel you're truly his honorable guest and he will be happy to help you with all your needs! Dear future guest, there is no need to write details about the room, etc. I am sure it will exceed your expectations! Thank you, dear David, for everything you gave and did for us! The host family is very, very nice and friendly. They did everything to make my stay beautiful, and everything is super neat and clean. Though situated close to the Airport Goa Dabolim, you didn't hear any noise from take-off or landing proceedures. I could enjoy a wonderful last evening sunset on the beach (and it's nice restaurants), which is only a two minutes walk from the hotel. The 5 o'clock wake-up ⏰️ call for my early departure from Dabolim Airport was super exact 💯 👌 and they even arranged for my safe and punctual taxi trip at a very small cost! I will always love ❤️ to come back!

Could not have wanted more. Excellent service from lovely staff, always going the extra mile. The room was modern and comfortable, approx 15 minutes walk from the beach. Stunning beach and the quietest and cleanest in Goa. Local food is great with multiple choices of cuisine, at very reasonable prices. Thank you so much for our stay. Highly recommend.

This is not a stand-alone villa. The property consists of 2 independent apartments connected by a service room. This is not a property for those looking for privacy. The location is brilliant, on an empty guarded beach, the area is beautifully developed and the service is exceptional. The facility is tastefully furnished with good quality materials. I rate this property a 10 primarily because of the service. Our host Habiba and the rest of the staff provided wonderful personalized care.

We had a wonderful experience during our recent stay in Goa, thanks to our amazing host. The host, along with her husband, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our visit. My mother-in-law fell ill during our stay, and the host was incredibly helpful and attentive. She provided homemade meals specially prepared for her, which was greatly appreciated. Her husband also assisted my father-in-law in obtaining necessary medications, showing genuine care and concern. The apartment itself was lovely, offering a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.
