A modern well planned hotel with good restaurant; excellent professional and welcoming staff. It is an easy walk into Alba centre for sightseeing and shops. And it is just a 15 min walk to the train station and bus stops. In fact our car stayed in the hotel garage all the time!

Giorgio was very helpful and was able to accommodate us with schedule change. We will problably go back. After travelling for 30 years in Europe this one of the best stay. Own private secure parking with easy access. Central but quiet. Grocery store 50 meters. Probably the best restaurant Osteria 100 meters. Very close to perfect.

Everything was excellent!! Maurizio is a very friendly host. Breakfast is excellent and all very fresh with many options. The room is super comfortable and exactly as shown in the pictures. Bathroom is big and shower is excellent with good hot water. Private parking was very convenient. Location is excellent as you are in a peaceful street and can reach the historical centre in 5 min by car with a great private parking right at the entrance to the historical centre. I will definately stay there again when in Alba next time

The absolute top of our stay was Emanuele, the owner. He greeted us in person, gave us a walk through his vineyards as well as hazelnut grove, he gave us wine tasting (all the above were extra service we asked for). He was always smiling and going above any beyond for his customers and the property, working 7am to 9pm every day. Love his enthusiasm and the engagement of his staff. His tips for the nearby locations and willingness to help in any situation are nothing but inspiring. Breakfast was wonderful, most of it home made, very rare to find anywhere in the world. The honest bar is an excellent idea. Pool area and the back yard with a view of wine country are very romantic. Love to come again.

Amazing apartment. The host is amazing. I've never stayed in an apartment that is so well resourced. The host is so helpful and provides everything you could possibly want and more. I wish all bed and breakfasts would be like this. It's the way they should be.

This is definitely a magnificent place to stay when in Alb or indeed Piedmont. Savio is the host with the most and his generosity was extraordinary and including a surprise box of cookies on day 4. The apartment is very well equipped and everything works well. The car park is off the street and right next door. Whilst a quite location you can easily walk into the town centre. Just a magical experience.
