The apartment is superb, with a wonderful view, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, kitchen and living room. It was perfect for our family. The only was that there were repair works in front of the hotel and because of this, the lake was dry. But that has nothing to do with the apartment. The wellness area is great after skiing or hiking, with its large jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, etc. The massages at the soa were great. Dinners at the bustro were cozy and the food was delicious. All the staff are very kind and helpful, especially Massimo. He is an incredibly kind, funny, helpful person with a great sense of humour that really made our stay even more enjoyable. We were with a child and the hosts took care of everything a child needs (high chair, bed and even toys). The house was exceptionally decorated and fully equipped for a wonderful stay.
