Simon, the owner, is a truly wonderful host- so friendly and always eager to help. He explains everything clearly and makes sure guests are comfortable, including managing the drinks and comfort amenities each day, unless he's busy with other matters. The apartment is charming, spacious, and clean, offering everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The beds are cosy, and there's plenty of space to unwind and feel at home. On the ground floor, there's a cosy bar where you can grab a drink or a coffee. Behind the house, you'll find a large, inviting swimming pool with umbrellas and sun loungers, perfect for sunny days. Surrounded by stunning nature, the peaceful atmosphere was a true balm for our souls and eyes :) We instantly felt at home here. Simon and his partner are fantastic. Thank you very much! We'd love to return when we get the opportunity.

Very nice place, with a a good restaurant. Big room but we had a quite noisy system close to our room in the garden. I like breakfast and dinner. But the most amazing part of this hotel is people working at the reception, restaurant, breakfast area, they are ready to help you with any questions, and wishes.

Everything was fabulous. The welcome was impeccable. The attention to detail was superb. The location is quite magical. The room has a combination of contemporary and historical which I really liked. And finally, I think it would be hard to find anywhere that gives such value for money. The only disappointment was having to leave! I hope to return to this area and be able to spend a little longer next time.

We had a wonderful stay! Gabriela was an exceptionally kind and welcoming host who made us feel at home. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety – from scrambled eggs and bacon to croissants, homemade cookies, and apple pie. The apartment, decorated in charming Tuscan style, had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and a dishwasher. The pool is clean, spacious, and surrounded by well-maintained area with loungers and umbrellas. Arezzo is half hour away, Siena an hour, and a little town Monte San Savino is 5 min away, with markets to buy groceries.
