Completely blown away. Tried to pay more and they wouldn't let me. Gorgeous property, hosts went above and beyond, just a few minutes from the airport. Tasty breakfast with fresh coffee. Sweet dog roaming around the garden. I'm still in disbelief just how inexpensive this place was. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

Milena the host was very friendly. The apartment was clean and well equipped. There was coffe, water in the freez and biscuits, and she even brought us vegetables from here fathers garden🥰 Bastia Umbra is very central in the Umbria region. The bar hoppipolla was nice to visit fór us Icelanders😊

The property was located in a a beautiful area, really quiet, peaceful and amazing views parking was free which was a bonus. It was a very easy drive from Rome. The couple who met us at the property on the day we arrived showed us where everything was and how things worked and were able to provide us with recommendations of where to go and eat and places for breakfast.

    Big, very clean and comfortable apartment - ideal for families. Great “vibe” of an Italian winery/mansion. Very nice and extremely helpful staff. The place is well located between Perugia and Assisi and so offers a wonderful base for sightseeing and wine-tasting trips.

    The facilty is very well maiintained and clean, the garden and pool are nice for a family relaxing, the owner is very helpful and friendly , the areas around (assisi and spello) are just amazing to visit,a change from the other busy places.

    Beautiful property, rustic yet modern twist. Staff were exceptional, Monica helped organise a large meal for our family visiting before our wedding and Leo was an exceptional host for the meal. All of the staff were exceptional throughout, always happy to help with anything we needed. We will definitely be returning to stay here when back in Assisi for another trip.
