It is a very nice family resort with a lot of nature and place for playing outside (we came with a toddler). Room was clean and comfy, there was everything we needed inside. Host was very nice and friendly, although didn't speak English, he tried in every way to explain and to make us feel good there. There is a supermarket very close to the property and only 10-15 min drive to Modena city. Breakfast was very nice.
