Incredible value! Quiet, clean, safe and comfortable. Bosa is a lovely place, and I was pleasantly surprised by the room overall. The stocked, shared kitchenette was a nice bonus. Host provided coffee as well as disposable plates and utensils. Friendly host. Great location. Just a short walk to the old streets of Bosa, without having to drive in a busy area or search for parking. Easy parking right outside the door. Near supermarkets and several cafes along the river. My room technically didn’t have a balcony, but it did have double doors with enough space to step outside when having my morning coffee.

Our family of four enjoyed our stay here! The rooms, at the top of some stairs, were nicely furnished and were very colourful. There were some light snacks and drinks in the room and the location was amazing in the heart of Bosa. The host was very kind and helpful. We would definitely recommend this place!

Very clean with brand new hotel-style furniture. Great location with easy street side parking, I. walking distance to the Cane Malu area and close to the town. Great breakfast with delicious pastry and cold cuts.

We traveled by rental car. The owner provided clear, accurate directions for finding the apartment, with easy self-entry. No problems at all. (We had an Italian cellphone for easy communications.) We found free parking within a few hundred feet. Great location... right on the scenic river that is the heart of the charming city. Apartment was located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building. Modern full kitchen on the 2nd floor.... Bedroom and bath on 3rd floor. Exceptionally clean throughout. All modern and very comfortable.

We stayed in the yellow room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The host was awesome. She presented us with a delicious and diverse breakfast, more than we expected. The house and gardens are well kept and comfortable. We will definitely try to stay here again if we're in the area. It's only a short walk to the water and the center of town. Several restaurants are very close to the house.

Close to town but away from the noise. Parking inside courtyard for motorcycles. Excellent design and modern.
