We loved the house and the host was excellent. He met us at the scheduled time and recommended a restaurant that could not have been more perfect. He even helped us with the reservation. The house is right in the center, on the Via Francigena. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Two large bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen.

Excellent location in the old town, right on the via Francigena. Very cosy place, well decorated and with good heating. You can really see that this apartment was renovated for living there. The host was also very welcoming and helpful. Oh and you can see stars from the bed :)

Spent the weekend in Buonconvento with my family as I was riding l'Eroica Montalcino in late May 2025. Had a great stay at Massimiliano's place: the apartment is super-comfy and has all the perks you'd expect (even more: it could make a great base to do some long-term workation actually!). Massimiliano was a superhero-kind-of-host, always available and even going the extra mile by planning an ad hoc MTB tour for my family. Definitely recommended!

Great place to stay. Very comfortable room with a shared area. Magnificent views in a peaceful area. You're literally miles away from the main roads, so if you want to feel the Tuscan countryside vibe that's the best choice. Be prepared for a very, very slow ride to the property. It's a gravel road but you shouldn't have a problem with that even if you travel by a small car.
