The accommodation is part of an incredible villa built in the 1970s, which impresses at first sight with its grandeur. The annex is cozy and equipped with all the amenities described in the listing. The garden available to guests is spacious and beautiful, especially in the early mornings and late afternoons. The pool, accessible to guests, was particularly welcome during the hot days. Additionally, the property offers free parking, either on the street or within the estate, which was very convenient since we had our bikes with us. The area surrounding the villa and annex is very peaceful; throughout our stay, we enjoyed the constant soundtrack of birdsong and cicadas. The hostess was extremely hospitable, responsive, and always willing to help. Communication in English was not a problem at all. In terms of location, while not directly on Lake Garda, it's only about a 20-minute drive to towns like Desenzano or Sirmione, making it a convenient base for those who don't mind a short trip for lake views. Considering what this accommodation offers compared to others around Lake Garda, it's definitely an attractive alternative. Overall, our experience at Villa Caffetto Dépendance was delightful, thanks to the charm of the villa, the comfort of the annex, and the warmth of our hostess. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat for two near Lake Garda.

Elizabeth is a very welcoming host, always ready to help. The room is spacious and has all the necessary amenities. There are good blackout blinds, so you don’t wake up from the sun in the morning, and mosquito nets on the windows. The food provided for breakfast — jamón, ham, cheeses, yogurts, juices, muesli, fruits, tea, coffee, milk and plant-based drinks, bread, marmalade — is available at any time of day. This way, there's no crowd and you can peacefully enjoy your meal whenever it suits you. It would be nice to have eggs as well, or the option to cook them yourself. There’s a spacious dining area and a cozy terrace. The apartment is perfectly located — everything is close by: just 15 minutes to both the train station and the beach. Lots of cafés nearby too.

Great location in the center of Desenzano. The room was very modern and clean. Very comfortable beds. The host Valerio was very kind and helpful, he gave us lots of great tips to make sure we enjoyed our vacation. Would definitely recommend!

The apartment had amazing facilities, we could have spent a lot longer there! It was spacious and incredibly clean. The shutters went down completely enabling you to totally black out the room which was very useful for sleeping or having a nap after a hot morning exploring! Luisa, the hostess was lovely, the location was superb, close to the station but within easy walking distance of the lake. We would definitely stay again!!!

The place is great. The entrance is beautiful, like European style. The location is perfect, is right next to the city center and a few steps away from the lake. There are several restaurants nearby. The host is very nice and helpful, always greeting you with a smile. She has no problem at all to guide you or give you some information. One day we were looking for a place to rent a monopattino, and we just asked her if she knew a place, and instead of just saying to look on the map she started calling a few places she found on google and asking for us, which was a very nice gesture. The place has a very good cleaning service, and they also tided our clothes and hung our wet clothes, which they did not need to but they were very kind to do so. The breakfast is very complete, you have a lot of choices, both salty and sweet, and the host every morning offers to make you some coffee and asks which one would you like. Last but not least, the host's brother owns 2 cats which can be found lying around from time to time and they are very cuddly. It is a very good place to stay
