The kindness of the Host and her Mother was really what we liked; the old woman, Gabriella, was so generous and kind! The farm was nice and quiet, the city is so close, and everything is within 10-minute drive, the room is so new and everything is in perfect condition! I will come again, and I hope to find the place as it was this time :)

I liked everything about this small hotel. Rooms were very clean and nicely designed, bed super comfortable. Breakfast was good and stuff super friendly and helpful. Pool was also really nice and area around the hotel was quiet. So I highly recommend this hotel and hope to be back!

The apartment is really lovely, warm, cosy and equipped with all the essentials one might need. It's spotlessly clean, smells very nice, the shower is great, the bed is comfortable, parking is easy on the road outside or in a gated garage under the apartment. Paola the owner is very thoughtful towards her guests' needs - tea bags, coffee, sugar, milk, biscuits, nuts, condiments, dried pasta, rice, etc are provided, the latter presumably in case guests arrive late and starving. The train station is an easy 10 minutes walk away and the town centre a further 20 minutes. The later than usual check out time of 11 am is a bonus as is the flexible check in time until quite late. Paola comes across as very accommodating and she replies to messages very fast. I would gladly stay at Ortensia again.

Lovely and calm atmosphere inside and outside in the garden. We arrived in the evening from a busy day in Venice and enjoyed Prosecco in the lovely garden. The B&B is well furnished and the owner incredibly polite and ready to accommodate your wishes. Breakfast had a selection of pastries, freshly cut meat, fruit, coffee and fresh pressed juice. Despite only staying one night, we can with confidence say this B&B concept is well thought trough and the owner is passionate to serve visitors to her fullest!
