Overall great value for the money, very new, clean, spacious apartment, with all the amenities you would need. Very nice and friendly host Marcello, always available to advise / answer our questions. Spacious, comfortable beds, lot of wardrobes and space for your stuff, big TV, fridge.. Air-conditioning / heating available. Bowl of fruit as a welcome gift - much appreciated ;) Very nice cosmetics in the bathroom provided ;) Parking available for free, directly in front of the apartment. Very good location - caffes, restaurants, pizzerias, pubs - in max 5 mins. We really loved this accommodation and can recommend it to anyone coming to the south of Sardegna ;) Marcello, thank you very much and we wish you many satisfied guests! ;)

Great place with awesome and friendly owners. Homemade cakes for breakfast, great coffee and fruits to give you energy for the whole day. The rooms were well equipped, clean, AC, with anti-mosquito nets. I definitely will recommend Franca's and Gigi's place to my friends. The owners speak very good english, so the communication is very straightforward. There is equipment for beach (umbrellas, blankets). Clean and big swimming pool. Lots of space to park your car for free. Friendly neighbourhood. Great and fast wifi (fiber optic cable available). Close to Cagliari center. 5/5!
