We stayed at this property during our son's stay at the tennis academy in Sassuolo and highly recommend it. The apartment was very clean and fully equipped. There was free parking at the building and a short distance away was an extremely good restaurant owned by the same owner and serving delicious Italian cuisine. Breakfast was available from 6 am. The staff at the property was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely use this property again.

We only stayed for one night, but it was a very pleasant experience. The owner was extremely helpful and even assisted us with our request for a luggage scale, which was much appreciated. The parking was easy, the room was very clean, and it was clear that it had been newly renovated. A comfortable and convenient stay!

A very spacious 2 bedrooms apartment part of a beautiful villa the perfect place to stay near to Modena (5 monutes from Maranello Ferrari museum) and Bologna. 2 huge bedrooms with super comfortable beds and a balcony. My best stay ever in Maranello! The location is perfect: a very short walk to the center of town, and around 5 minutes to the Ferrari museum. There's a great supermarket 3 minutes away and a nice bar near that. The apartment itself has everything you need, it's very practical but also very comfortable. The room is super cozy, the kitchen is fully equipped and the shower is great. The rooms are very spacious and there's a lot of natural light. There's also a balcony, which is bigger than I thought. Perfect to chill down and catch some sunlight. Thank you for having me :)

What an incredible find! You can feel the owners' passion for hospitality in every detail, from the stylish design to the quality of the amenities. Having traveled for years, we can honestly say this is one of the finest independent accommodations we have ever experienced. The pool was a definite highlight, and the owners' commitment to their guests' comfort is what makes this place truly special. A working farm in Italy ran by people who really care. Absolutely loved it.
