Perfect location for exploring the town in a peaceful area. Bus service to the station right on the doorstep. Close to many shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. Clean comfortable rooms, very modern. The kitchen facility was a welcome bonus especially with use of the washing machine and drier. Andre was an excellent host. Only option to choose in Reggio Emilia!

Wonderful place, with a very friendly and helpful host. Old interior, beautiful historic style, but renovated on an absolutely modern standard. Location very central between train station and the historic city center. Reggio is not a standard destination but very much worth a visit. We’d come back any time.

The space was such a nice surprise we were sorry we couldn't stay more. Even though the location is not in the historic centre it is still within a walking distance (maybe 15 - 20 min) or you can get one of the buses nearby. Teresa was a lovely host and took time to explain everything and walk us trough the apartment when we arrived. The place has absolutely everything that you might need. Sitting in front of the building to have your morning coffee was great especially since it is such a quiet and relaxing part of the town. Maybe a second chair would be nice for the outside area. There is a big supermarket nearby (around 5 min) and cafeteria/gelateria in the same area.

Lovely property in the middle of nowhere (to me it’s a plus :) - quiet, green area. We arrived late at night and had contactless checkin, very convenient. Beautiful furniture in the apartment! (one more bed hidden in a chest of drawers is a genious idea). Coffee and tea in the kitchen with a separate entrance (more beautiful furniture!). Our daughter had a separate full-size single bed.

It was wonderful – from the owners and staff to the apartment itself. Everything was clean, and absolutely all the amenities you might need during your stay were available – and even more. There was even a first aid kit in the cupboard, which once again shows that everything here is done with care, and you are truly welcomed. Clean, cozy, beautifully decorated interior, quiet surroundings, friendly people – just like home! The owners and staff are always happy to help and keep in touch. They even left us a basket with snacks and a bottle of wine in the fridge before our arrival🥹. Nearby, there is a shop, public transport stops, and dining places. Our stay there was incredible, and I hope to come back again!🤍
