Everything there is perfectly maintained and clean, this was a real pleasure to stay, we felt very good vibes. We liked the deck chairs to watch the stars during the night. There was a lot of things to visit around. The hosts were helpful whenever we needed anything and shared with us some vegetables from their garden. The host is fantastic and very friendly. The dogs and cats of the family came to say hi and were adorable and we met with the local nonna this morning and she was super kind and friendly as well. The apartment has everything you can possibly ask for, including a coffee machine which was very appreciated and a nice little breakfast was provided by the owner with delicious cake!Guest review byKellyFamily with young children

Breakfast was very good and authentic. Analisa was super friendly and very caring. Stefano and his daughter are amazing hosts. The pool was very good. But the best thing that you hardly can see anywhere else are the animals: a lot of exotic animals living very comfortably at the farm. Two bedrooms with a full on dining room, a funky living room, an area with a big desk, plus a big kitchen and a decent bathroom. The apartment is practically a house and is right in the heart of Città di Castello. Super close to all the best restaurants and a supermarket 100 metres up the road.
