Everything about this hotel is brilliant, from pulling into the courtyard to leaving after our stay. The staff are brilliant, the food amazing and the room large and comfortable with a beautiful view. We were able to eat dinner in the garden too, which was lovely.

Maria picked us up from the train station when we arrived, walked us to the apartment, handed us the key, took photos of our IDs, collected the bed Tax and gave us some more tips and information. The location is unbeatable. Literally a one minute walk from the train station. There are a lot of restaurants, Cafés, and other stores around. The closest supermarket (Despar) is a 5 minute walk away. The place was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Especially the kitchen sink, the bathroom sink and the shower glass door looked polished. So whoever cleans the place did a great job. Useful items like an iron, a vacuum cleaner, cook top, microwave, fridge, dishwasher were available. The noise level was ok. On friday night there was loud music from the festival on Viale Giosuè Carducci but it wasn't to long and thanks to the air-conditioning it was tolerable with the windows and the door closed. Every now and then you could hear a neighbor moving a chair but that's normal, expected apartment noise. Also a big thanks to Maria for lending us a car seat for our child during the stay. She also offered us to drive us to an event close by that we attended the next day, which was very kind, but we declined and took a taxi instead. Taxis are usually waiting in front of the train station. Most taxi drivers didn't speak English or German but they are trying to understand and showing them the destination on Google Maps works well. If you need to call a taxi I recommend asking an Italian speaker for help since they use an automated phone system.

A recently renovated and stylish property / the room was spacious and airy with very modern additions and a balcony /the bathroom was large with quality fittings. The bed linen and towels were of the highest standard . We didn’t see any staff whatsoever but messages were answered promptly . I think this property would be ideal for business people as there is a meeting room and sitting areas . The house is situated in a quiet area .

The B&B is located just outside the nice little town of Vittorio Veneto. Some 8 mins from the main road. A narrow twisty road leads to the hamlet where the newly renovated (which is an understatement) building is, in the foothills of the Dolomites. Rustic with high quality materials and airconditioning.. A shared and shaded balcony for a glass of local wine in the evening. Breakfast downstairs, outside or inside. Perfect location to explore mountains, sea and Venice. Elena is a lovely host who is always available when needed. I would recommend their restaurant as well (only open Fri-Sun, or special occasions). I was on business and stayed for 5 days. My business took longer than anticipated and I would've liked to stay longer, but the place was already booked. Which I understand.

It's a truly beautiful spot, a newly renovated farmhouse in a peaceful location. The owners, David and Monica, were very welcoming and prepared a delicious 4-course dinner for the three of us, even though we booked our stay last minute. We'd come back anytime!
