Big and bright rooms, everything so clean, there is a bus in front of the house that will bring you straight to Perugia Center. There is also a little breakfast where you can grab a coffee and some sweets. The host so nice - he drove us to the airport in the morning.

Very central in Perugia old town. Stylish and comfortable. The staff were very helpful with parking advice and helping with luggage on arrival, Sharon was great. The rooms are very good with a beautiful bathroom and the besr shower I have had in a hotel fir a long time. The breakfast deserves special mention: very big choice, also with hot dishes, fresh fruit, waffles and plenty more and very attentive staff to bring coffee etc. The rooms the breakfast is taken are beautiful. Can highly recommend!

Staying at Sottoassisi - Guest House was an exceptional experience. The location is ideal — right in the historic center of Assisi, close to major landmarks like the Basilica of Saint Francis, yet quiet and peaceful for a restful stay. The guest house is full of charm, with beautifully preserved details and modern amenities. My room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and tastefully furnished. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and well-equipped. I used Sottoassisi as a base to explore a wide range of Umbrian towns and cities, and it worked perfectly for that purpose. From here, I visited Perugia, Orvieto, Gubbio, Foligno, Città di Castello, Spello, Spoleto, and Trevi — all within a reasonable driving distance or accessible by train. Each day ended with a peaceful return to Assisi, making it the perfect anchor for my Umbrian adventure. The hosts were warm, friendly, and genuinely dedicated to making guests feel at home. They provided excellent recommendations and were always available for any questions or needs. If you're planning to explore Umbria, I can't recommend Sottoassisi - Guest House enough. It combines comfort, location, and hospitality in a truly unforgettable way.

A wonderful location for combining rural and cultural tourism. Excellent level of hygiene and service. They have a farmyard with well-kept animals, the children had fun in the yard. The views from the place are breathtaking. A swimming pool is currently being built, which will be available to guests during the summer season. The apartment was in a great location and offered secure parking. There was a washing machine and dryer which was really handy after travelling for 3 weeks. Giovanni was a great host and allowed us an earlier check in time. Nothing was a problem for him.
