Quiet and peaceful place. Room and bathroom new and very clean. Delicious breakfasts. Easy access to the dining room and kitchen items. The owners are very friendly and helpful and contact with them is quick and without problems.

We liked everything about the property. The host was amazing, extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We couldn’t ask for anything better. It’s very good apartament, spacious good for family with kids - max for 5 person family or two couples. Close to lake Como and other destinations. Very clean, washing machine is as well and kitchen!

Casa Olea is an amazing option if you are visiting Lake Como - 10 min by car from Menaggio, it was the perfect base to visit the area without staying inside the confusion of the small famous villages. The hotel itself is spetacular, the refurbishment was done very tastefully and the whole hotel is beautiful. The room was very comfortable and had an amazing view to the lake. The shower was for sure one of the best showers I have ever used in my life, and the amenities by Comfort Zone provided a nice touch. The breakfast was excellent and everyone working there was very nice and welcoming. If you are visiting this area, book this place!

Very clean, lots of amenities such as a kettle, microwave, cups, plates, washing machine, AC and TV. It was very easy to navigate around the property. It is a little far to get to. The host was great with communication. There’s a lovely panorama view and it’s really close to the water.
