They were always in contact and responded to all my questions and needs. The villa is impressive in style, and very modern, too. The heating was excellent (we visited in November), the kitchen well equipped, with a dishwasher and all the necessary utensils. There is also a small play room for kids downstairs. Very close to lake Como where it is possible to swim and play on a beach, and it has two swimming pools as well. The apartment was very comfortable, all the required shops are near by. You can get the boat to other areas of the lake, which was definitely worth doing! If you are looking for somewhere comfortable for a family then I highly recommend this place.
