All the information that was written was right regarding the stay. Great stay, super close a bar, supermarket, beach and super quiet stay. After small problems the service was great and very helpfull and super fast.

The place has all the little extras - bikes to use for free, reserved sunchairs at the beach. The staff was always helpful. To the extent that when I realised that I forgot something in the room after checking out, they sent it over mail all the way back to my home country. Is there better service than that?

Arrived late Sunday night, too late for room service, was offered lasagna to get us by. Felt like we were family being offered a meal! Arrive late Sunday night, luggage didn’t make it until Thursday morning. Would not have received luggage at all if it were not for the heroic efforts by GM Vito and his staff. They were fantastic!

The customer service I received was not only efficient but also genuine, creating an atmosphere that felt more like a home away from home than a hotel. In addition to the excellent service and amenities, the Hesperia Hotel's location allowed me to explore the surrounding area effortlessly. The christmas market was a spectacle having never visited an Italian Christmas market before, and the Fritelle are a must.
