It was very easy to access, very responsive and lovely host, sparkling clean, really everything was there, what you need for a super comfortable stay as a family. Great views to the mountain scenery. I wished we would have stayed longer.

Super friendly hosts - Luca and Paolo, they willingly explains everything. The neighbours are also very friendly. Three lovely dogs guard the garden below. The appartment is very modern, clean, nicely decorated and fully equipped with all the things travellers need. The rooms are weather conditioned. The terrace is big enough for 6-7 peoples. We are happy to stay here.

Perfect place to visit the lakes, big appartment with everything needed. Parking easy to use. Roads to get to Erba are not bad

The hotel is amazing. Friendly staff ... :) I forgot my money in the safe box and they sent it to me very fast. I will stay this hotel next time again.

Amazing stay near Lake Como. The location is excellently renovated keeping the Italian cottage style that gives it this unmistakable charm. The rooms are very large and spacious, furnished with taste and with all the comfort you need. Located close to Como, Bellagio or Milan, it offers a perfect stay for both a relaxing holiday or comfortable business trip. What exceeded my expectations was the availability and kindness of the owners Chiara and Sergio who did everything possible and even more to make my stay extremely pleasant and comfortable. Safety accomodation, with free parking places inside the territory. You can enter the area use a code for the gate opening. Breakfasr is perfect, with hot and cold foods (fry eggs, mushroom, bacon, salami, cheese etc) fresh juices, coffee and bakery. You can also use the equipped kitchen, with microwave, owen, so you can make your dinner etc.. There is 200m away from the house a supermarket. Giuseppe and his son are very friendly, help with everything. They have lots of bikes, you can rent them. Rooms are clean with modern furnitures. In the lobby there is a pool table. Highly recommend this accomodotion at lake Como!
