    Host is very pleasant lady, very reactive and responsive for our needs facility is spacious, newly renovated and extreemly clean located in quite residential neighbourhood kitchen has every thing you might need to prepare a meal not too far from city of Bruneck (few minutes by car)! they produce milk in the basement of the other side of the building, great experience for the kids and added value!

    We like the apartment. View from the balcony was nice. We had everything we needed. We enjoyed family evenings in the kitchen. Quite interesting was, that on the groundfloor was a stable with cows, so we tried a freshed milk from the owner. Everything was clean, the owner was polite and good communicating, thanks.

    Very spacious rooms, really clean, fully equipped kitchen, easy communication, very friendly host, flexible for check-in/check-out. We really enjoyed the location as it was very good situated to get to all the lakes & hiking tracks. Also it is dog friendly & you can walk your dog right behind the house on the fields! Definitely to recommend for a group of friends like us or families. :)

    We never had such a nice time in any hotel. We felt like we are in our home. It’s wonderful to see how the family is dedicated to their work and the satisfaction of their guests is their first priority. I hope we will come back again.

    Modern apartment, confortable beds, well equipped kitchen, good location (20 minutes to ski area by skibus, with all stops), skibus station at 50 m, citybus station at 200 m, guest pass for free transport by bus and train included, elevator, sauna, ski room. Very good apartment for the summer vacation when I recommend for the families with children the appartments situated at the ground floor with direct access to the garden.

    The appmt is located in a fairly new building with free parking and a separate room for ski and boot heating in the basement. The interior is clean, modern and valuable, everything is functional, warm and comfortable with balcony access. The view is grand. The host, Alexandra, was very charming and friendly, trying to make our stay good and free of any problems. Ask for Alexandra’s self made Knoedels (dumplings). A well sorted supermarket is across the street. A ski bus stop is very close by.

    Tidy apartment with everything you need, good location 10min to lift, 7min to Brunico. Shop is close and also nice restaurant. Perfectly usable for families with children. Very nice family people ready to help out any time.

    Everything was perfect. The place is great for stress disconnection. There are nice treks to do in the surroundings. Our hosts were lovely. And cherry on the cake: we were allowed to take care of the cows and the little goat. We were also kindly offered fresh milk and eggs. Perfect for the kids... and their parents

    Andrea, the owner, is really kind and always at your service. The house is clean, cozy and most importantly big (with 4 bathrooms) and it’s ideal for families and big groups. Me and my friends enjoyed our stay in the Holiday Home Falzes. Never had any issue, the position is also perfect just a half hour drive from Lago di Braies. On our last day, we also had a bbq in the spacious garden. Thank you, Andrea! We’ll be back, certainly.
