Plenty towels and extra blanket. Best view ever from balcony to the snowmountains in 20 km distance ( so be prepaired for cold in winterseason ) electric heaters are there. The host will install later a airconditioner for cooling/heating. Location good for hiking and seaside visits. Free Parking (on Thursdays morning some places are off limit for parking) On the piazza 1 min walk grocerystore, 2 min walk trattoria/bar warm food on order beforehand for very reasonable price.

I liked everything, the property was exceptionally clean and bright, it was a delight to stay there. The lovely shared kitchen was an added feature that I had not expected, the nearby cafe choices for breakfast were very good. I would highly recommend Nontiscordardime. Personally it was the perfect location for the event I was attending. Thanks to owners and staff for a lovely stay, I will definitely visit again.

The room was spacious, beautifully and tastefully furnished with a terrace overlooking the valley. The wine and champagne glasses added a special touch to a fridge, modern coffee machine, crockery and cutlery. The entire house and garden were gorgeous. Our car was parked inside an electric gate. Our very friendly hosts served a great breakfast with fresh fruit and yoghurt. They offered eggs and toast which we did not want. They gave great advice about hiking and sightseeing in the area. The house is located a few kilometres away from Guardiagrele, but within reach of many sights.
