Located in the centre of Frascati, there are only a few rooms. But they are beautifully and thoughtfully furnished. to 4-star level of detail from the ambient lighting, the reading lamp over each pillow, the power shower, lovely calming décor. A lot of thought has gone into this and it shows. Great value for money and, if you're hungry, the family have a great taverna downstairs. and it's really quiet.

It was lovely to have a self contained Unit to ourselves. Full kitchen, with all the necessities, fabulous bed and air conditioning. Situated under the owners house and is basement type vibe. We loved it, very quiet, out of the hustle and bustle. Parking outside the main gate, you'd definitely need a car. Owners were lovely, very helpful and kind.

    The flat is about 10 minutes walk (uphill) from Frascati train station through cobbled streets. It's a good location if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of Rome, and relax a bit, although you can still reach Rome in about 30 minutes. There are lots of great eating options in Frascati too, including a vegan cafe as well as more traditional family-run eateries. The small balcony of the flat has a great view. There are plenty of towels and the kitchen is well stocked with crockery etc. A great choice!

    Cute and cosy, clean and in a very good location, so close to shooed and restaurants and with parking just a few steps away (even if payment needed). Frascati offers a family friendly environment and a train station that easily connects to Rome city centre which is very close to the property. Francesca has been extremely available and helpful.
