the property is spacious and immaculately clean; many more facilities and appliances were provided than in most places (e.g. a milk-frother on top of a coffee machine and a kettle), plenty of usable surfaces, tasteful kitchenware, toiletries and a variety of breakfast food, a big fridge, washing machine and drier. It's very conveniently located - free parking is a 5 minute stroll through the beautiful town - and exceptionally quiet. There is only one source of light (on the front door/living room side, which gets plenty of light in the morning) but being spacious and not crammed by unnecessary furniture, even the bedroom on the opposite side of the property felt airy and comfortable. The lady who let us in was delightful and made us feel very welcome.

Words can’t describe how perfect this place is. Quiet location, clean pool, delicious food and very helpful and friendly staff. We couldn’t ask for more. It’s the place we were dreaming about and looking for: old fashioned vila with an amazing Tuscany hills view around. You pay a very small price for such an amazing experience. We are so thankful for the hosts and staff, they work so hard to keep their guests statisfied and happy. Cannot wait to get back there someday!

The best accommodation in Tuscany! In a wonderful location, close to the sea, with a grocery store, café, and pizzeria just 50 meters away. The owner was extremely kind and helpful – he assisted us with everything, gave recommendations, and even arranged for our car to be repaired when it broke down on the way!

Chiara welcomed us very warmly in the house. The house and garden were wonderful if you are looking for something calm and relaxing, away from big tourist streams.
