Great location, beautiful old building, modern, clean and well-equipped flat, comfortable beds, excellent view, excellent quality. Giuseppe is a very helpful and cooperative host.

It’s cosy and comfortable in a beautiful setting.

It was just one night stay but we are really impressed how much the hosts have taken care of every detail which make this place so cosy. This is also very convenient location for everyone who is supposed to take a morning flight from Bari and return a car beforehand. They offer self made breakfast from products which are already in the place so you can have it any time you want.

Location is perfect. The room and the bathroom are very big. I like that the floor and ceiling are old. Everything is very clean. Tv works well. (Netflix etc.) The host also left a surprise muffin in the room.

Raffaella was an excellent host. I placed a booking at very short notice, yet she accepted it and was very prompt and efficient at communicating via the booking.com app. It s a place with character, clean and comfortable.

The apartment is very well equipped for a long stay, with good kitchen facilities, washing machine and good clothesline. It is bright and roomy and the heating was good. Maria was very good at communicating; she and Francesca were very helpful. The shuttle service to/from airport was very convenient. Location in Giovinazzo is great. The old town is lovely, the market is great, good restaurants nearby, grocery stores and food shops. Train and bus connections are very good.

This was a hidden jem, the property and the city are absolutely amazing! We only booked one night but will make sure to come back for longer next time. The host was amazing and messaged us all the possible details we might need: nearby parking, food places, and even a video to find the right door!

Our stay here was truly special. We later found out we were the very first guests welcomed by this lovely family, and everything exceeded our expectations. The hosts live in the same building (just upstairs), which made it very easy to communicate. They were incredibly kind and helpful - always quick to answer our questions and even provided us with beach towels and an umbrella, which saved us from having to buy or bring our own. When we arrived, we were greeted with fresh fruit, cold water in bottles, some snacks, and a coffee machine with excellent coffee - such a thoughtful touch! The apartment itself was spacious, very comfortable, and fully equipped. There is a washing machine, oven, stove, pans - everything worked perfectly. I cooked fresh seafood and potatoes almost every evening, and it felt just like home. The beds were very comfortable, and I was even given a separate small bed, which was surprisingly cozy. Air conditioning worked great, and there’s also a TV. The location is ideal: about 10 minutes’ walk from the train station, around 10 minutes to the sea, and just 7 minutes to the nearest supermarket. Even closer (3 minutes away) there is a great little market with fresh seafood, fruits, vegetables, and meat. There are also many restaurants and cafés nearby, including a fantastic bakery and coffee shop just 30 seconds away - I especially recommend trying their focaccia! The town itself was full of life and authentic Italian atmosphere. In the evenings, locals stayed out late enjoying the streets, and it was wonderful to experience that vibe. At the same time, the area felt very safe and family-oriented. Overall, everything was perfect - from the apartment to the location and the incredibly warm hosts. I would love to come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting🖤

Superb! Very kind host. Excellent place to stay. Right in the middle of the city. Very close to the restaurants, marinas and all the places to visit. Easy access to the train station by walk.
