Everything. From the hosts (Francesca and her dad), everything went great and we felt so welcomed. The place was cleaned and ready before the check-in time. The apartment had everything we needed, and felt very homey and modern. Bellano is chill and not very touristy, so I recommend staying at Emma House. Klod was an absolutely wonderful host. He went above and beyond to ensure that we got to the hotel ok by picking us up from our previous accommodation and dropping us off at the ferry port when we needed to get back. He gave us some great tips for the area, which is lovely and peaceful compared to the main town. There is a shortcut to the centre of town which is a 12-15minute walk, however after staying there the first two nights we were more than happy to explore the restaurants around the accommodation. There are some lovely places including a very reasonably priced pub and a restaurant with a beautiful view. There is also a very private beach a short walk from the room which was a great bonus! The cabin itself is so charming and has everything you could possibly need. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again. Thank you Klod :)

super convenient location with amazing view of lake como. <5 min walk to boat station which takes you easily to the other towns. manageable walk to train station which goes to milan centrale as well. host was very responsive to our needs before and during the stay as well, giving us advice on transportation and allowing us to leave our baggage after checkout time for our convenience.

The hotel was lovely. Small enough to make the stay very personal and the staff were lovely. But with an array of service and facilities you’d expect only from a larger hotel. The restaurant was great and the staff were exceptional.
