Staff were friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. We really liked the Italian atmosphere where the house is located although it takes a while to get to the apartment from the public car park. The owner is always ready to answer any questions and if any problems arose they were solved very quickly. She also left for us a welcome kit in the kitchen which was a very pleasant surprise :) The aparment itself has a unique character being lovely decorated with lots of nice things. The balcony was lovely and really added to the experience. Giulio was fantastic from the start, he offered excellent communication and was very attentive.
