Perfect, Everything is New. Pool is in Sun all day so perfect temperature. New House, aircon works flawlessly, Everything just works. Owner are the nicest people you could ask for. Bringing presents every day. Licquer, fresh eggs, vegetables from their private garden. An unique experience you wont find many places. Beautifull sunset in the evenings. Would recommend to everyone, everyday!

I have been traveling around Europe for many years, and I must say that this app was one of the best I have ever been to. In all possible ways. First, it is located in the middle of Tuscany. What more do you want if you travel by car. Everything is near - Firenze, the coast, Siena, Vinci, Pisa.. The little town is nice and people are warm and friendly. The app is renovated in a beautiful fashion..with gusto, like the italians would say. And the host family is more then great. They are all friendly and warm people who are there if you need anything. Giuseppe is really a great host that made us feel at home! And the price is great. The kitchen has all utensils you need and a parking space is in front of the app. Like I said...simply great!

A very warm welcome from our hosts. The rooms weren’t quite ready because we arrived early but we received the keys and went to the museum in the meantime. The rooms were very clean and the kitchen had all the necessary utensils. The vault living room was cozy. The environment was very quiet. the churchbell chiming all night long did not really bother us.

    Very nice place, would recommend! (Stayed here june 2024). We had a welcome reception and quick check-in. The apartment was surly big enough for 2 people, was clean, was well isolated against the heat and had a decent citchenette. The domain was big and would be very suitable for kids to have fun. We enjoyed ourself at the pool.

    It is amazing place, you have everything you need, we went as a family they even thought about the toys for the little one, you can spend whole day with your family, i would like to definitely go Incanto Toscano again

    The location is ideal to visit the likes of Luca, Pisa and Florence plus other hidden gems in the Tuscan hills. The pool and facilities are ideal for families and couples alike. Llaria, who seems to do everything is fantastic and assists with any problem you may encounter.
