    Clean and comfortable apartment. Located in a quiet place. A lot of free parking. 5 minutes from the sea and 3 minutes to the train station to Rome. Hospitable owner. We really enjoyed. Recommend to everyone for a family vacation

    In Seide was ok! You could hier every other apartments! Balcony is in renovation! Forget about balcony! The master bedroom was useless! Fungus smell comes from everywhere in master bedroom! The other bedroom was ok! Venessa and her husband was the best thing in this experience they are very polite and friendly and helpful. Best wishes for Venessa and her family

    The place is perfect for family vacation. We stayed with children, and they are incredibly happy and amused with the kids' room. Apartment owners are hospitable and helpful with all the questions we have about the town. The apartment exceeded the expectations, and I highly recommend the Euforbia House for your trip.

    A wonderful apartment with everything you need, two balconies, two bathrooms, comfortable beds and a 5-minute walk to the sea. Free parking under the house without problems. Emanuel is a very attentive host, he quickly got in touch, gave recommendations on how to get where we needed to go, recommended interesting places and good restaurants nearby. Organized a crib and everything necessary for the child. Thank you for a good holiday and wonderful impressions

    Francesca left a cake, yogurt and kinder surprises for the kids knowing that we were going to arrive late. She was very friendly and helpful. The beds and pillows were really comfortable. A jar of ground coffee was a pleasant surprise. The flat is located in the building close to the Lido Centro railway station, 10 mins by foot and 5 mins from the gorgeous sea. Really good value for money. Definitely recommend to families with children.
