Everything was absolutely perfect, we had an amazing vacation. The pool is splendid, warm and big, the breakfast is perfect (open till noon, mamma mia!), location is really nice - 10 min on the shadowed path to the beach with good restaurant on the corner and the grocery shop. And the price is the same as we saw in hotels with less services in area. Rooms are quiet and spacious. I would definitely return here if we will come to Lignano again.

A pleasant, cozy hotel near beach and Pineta center, around 10 min walking. The hosts are very friendly and kind. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of different food and great coffee, which is surprisingly for hotels in Italy. There are bikes for free rent and a plenty of free parking. The room was a bit small, but everything else was great.

    New family adventure. Everything was really wonderful. I was pleasantly surprised that it truly is as described, it’s green everywhere! The kindness of the staffs, cleanliness, panorama, tranquility, and services offered make it a splendid place to relax. The boathouse is well divided and the terrace is super nice! Clean and wide pool, offered private beach access was not too crowded and around 5mins drive with safe parking areas.

    Everything was great! Absolutely amazing place for a holiday with family and children. A private huge beach, large territory, despite this, it is a maximum of five minutes to the sea, a beautiful terrace near the house where you can eat food taken from the buffet. by the way, the food is also very tasty! It is also very convenient that the car is parked right next to the house

    Very well located, just walking distance to Lignano Pineta Beach and Pineta center. Very clean hotel with friendly staff. The owners are always providing needed help and good recommendations to their guests. Nice swimming pool, a dream for families with small children. The hotel has reserved umbrellas on the beach with special price.

    The pool is great and near to the beach. Great for families with kids, just bear in mind that there is a "baby dance" at night, so if your baby goes to sleep early, there will be a lot of noise.

    Really nice place for whole family. Swimming pool and playgrounds for kids, dog beach (for an additional fee) for our animal kids, great air condition in the mobilhome, delicious food in the restaurant, shop with all necessary needs. We really appreciated two bathrooms in the mobilhome. We would stay here again and definitely reccomend this stay to families with children and dogs.
