Exactly as in the photos. Really nice decoration, spotlessly clean, in a very quiet area, just by Como next hub and walking distance to the train station. Bed is really comfortable.

Marinoni is just 50 metres from Lomazzo Train Station for direct trains to Lake Como and Milan city centre. Rooms are cool and comfortable with a fan and tiled floors.

We arrived very late after midnight because of unexpected traffic and we were worried because it's not a hotel. But the host had kindly waited until we arrived. If I had been her, I would have fallen a sleep ;) The room is very spacious and the beds are comfortable. The toilet was also spacious and clean. The kitchen is well equipped! The parking was also very easy, just in front of the building. I can recommend it to anybody who needs comfortable stay!!

Very Nice and clean rooms. We had diner there and the food was fantastic. Also very personal, the owner was perfect! Everybody should go there. Located just outside Como so very quiet.

The rooms were kept impeccably clean, and the breakfast supplies—especially the biscuits and juice—were replenished, adding to the overall comfort. One of the standout gestures was the offer to dry our clothes after washing, despite the accommodation not having a dryer.
