From the booking to the moment we left we received outstanding service. We booked at the very last minute and an hour later I received a call from the owner to confirm and to arrange time of arrival. (Note we booked on a bank holiday for the same night) The owners were available for every query we had. Very kind and professional. The house is amazing, better then the pictures. Close to the centre (15 mins walk, 5 mins by car). We will definitely return.

I had a lovely stay at Casa Vincenza in Lovere! The room was spotlessly clean and had a really pleasant, fresh scent when I arrived. The location couldn’t be better, right in the town centre and just steps away from the ferry dock, which made exploring the area super convenient. Marcello, the host, was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I really appreciated the thoughtful little touches in the room, like a selection of different tea bags, beautifully scented shower gel samples, and even disposable slippers. You can tell care and attention went into every detail. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Lovere!

We loved Casa Criss so much. The hosts met us to hand over the keys and show us around and answered some questions about the area for us. The apartment exceeded our expectations - it was spacious, had a wonderful view and we really appreciated full access to the washing machine as well as somewhere secure to store our bike. The beds were very comfy - rated 10/10 by all the family members. The kids absolutely loved the large park across the street. My son, 10 is a soccer fan, and he appreciated the soccer goals, and managed to find some locals to play with him in the afternoons. The hosts were incredible - responsive, kid and knowledgeable.
