We had the most wonderful two weeks at La Casa di Campagna, hosted by the warm and welcoming Mara and Massimo at their idyllic Umbrian farmhouse. From the moment we arrived, the staff were always so friendly, smiley, and ready to help, which made us feel immediately at home. The rooms were spotless and had everything we needed, and we especially appreciated the communal lounge area with its handy shared fridge and coffee maker. The property itself is spacious and beautifully kept, with a gorgeous swimming pool, plenty of loungers, and quiet corners throughout the gardens that are perfect for relaxing with a book. The restaurant was a real highlight – the food is absolutely outstanding, with traditional regional Italian dishes full of flavour, lots of variety, and delicious daily specials. Breakfast each morning was a treat, with a plentiful buffet and the option of freshly cooked eggs and bacon. All in all, La Casa di Campagna is not only a wonderful place to stay, but also perfectly located for exploring Umbria, Lake Trasimeno, and Tuscany. We truly loved every moment of our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it!

It is by far the most beautiful apartment I ever had at Booking.com! Even though it's incredibly cheap for an apartment of this size. Don't choose it if you want a super modern kitchen or bathroom, but enjoy the spacious apartment, the incredible view from 2 balconies, the wonderful furniture, and the contact with an extremely friendly host.

We had an outstanding time at the Anna Boccali resort , the rooms are spacious , tastefully decorated with attention to details .The place is calm and behind a sunflower field , the swimming pool was great with an amazing view on the nature surrounding !! Erjon played a big role in how we were taken care of , he gave us a few great spots in the area to visit , he was extremely both friendly and professional . One of our best places we have stayed ! Thank you we loved our time there .

The landscape where the accommodation is located is amazing . The place is very quiet. The accommodation is clean and comfortable. For those who want a real relaxation, it is the perfect choice, but it is also close to shops and the villages. The staff are very friendly. Highly reccomended.
