Dedicated covered parking place, clean and well maintained territory, grass and landscape, also pool area. Amenities in the room, comfortable large room with a few beds (convients for families with kids). The likeable family members are friendly and generous and there is relaxing atmosphere. The rustic-style rooms are large and airy with a high standard of cleanliness. The beautiful gardens are very well kept and there is a charming swimming pool. Not far from the coast and many other fascinating places. For day trips, Rome is only a couple of hours away. We didn't miss anything. It was displayed as a buffet but the funny thing was that you were not allowed to take things yourself, you had to ask everything. Like it was still a Covid measure.
