Family hotels and homes in Maida

We spent realy great holiday here. The place is great for its location. 25 min to Tyrheninan see, 45 min to Ionian see and 25 min from Lamezia Therme airport. We rent a car and spent one week by driving and exploring really beautifull Calabria region. Small beaches close to Tropea are amazing with almost no people. Generally the sea in a "Costa degli dei" is beautifull. The house is located in a montains (700 m above see) which is great in the hot summer with average temperature 5°C less than in a coast, which is really comfortable especially in the evenings. The house was well maintained, really beautiful with great atmosphere. Special thanks to Giuseppe (owner of the house) who is 24/7 available. No issues with any requests, even I did not speak Italian. We received many advices and recomendations from him in regards what to visit, interesting places, etc... We really spent great family holiday here which we will remember for long time.

Delightful setting amongst citrus groves .Lovely large bedroom and bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Very generous hosts who had left various home produced products for us to try as well as citrus fruits . The Xmas sweets looked delicious but unfortunately we were unable to sample them as we are both vegan. The well behaved dogs and small puppy were a lovely addition to breakfast time. Really a pleasant and quiet room in a house closest of the center of Acconia with access to Supermarket, Bar, Bank, Restaurants, so & so. At 5/15 minutes from beaches and other towns as Pizzo, Vibo Marina, Lamezia Terme, little bit far with Tropea (30') this is a perfect place to stay.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. Accommodation on the first floor has a terrace with a beautiful view of the surroundings and a separate kitchen. Accommodation on the ground floor has a separate entrance, has two sitting areas in the garden (one from the kitchen and the other from both bedrooms). Garage parking was available (we had own key) and the owner was always willing and kind. When we needed something, we wrote on WhatsApp. /for example, she lent us umbrellas and beach chairs for the entire stay, a vacuum cleaner to vacuum sand from the car, advised us on suitable trips, even baked us a cake :) /.

I recommend these apartments to everyone! I am a "crazy traveler", that is, in a few days I do not yet know where I will fly, since I catch cheap tickets and I do not care where I fly. As long as it is to the sea. My first compliment is the SEA. Clean-clean and transparent-transparent. But the main compliment is to the apartment and the HOST. As you can see in the photo, the apartments have just been renovated. Everything is new, fresh, and done with taste and love. My room was small, but I found fresh towels and bath accessories in a gift wrapping, which was nice. The host was in touch with me 24 × 7. I had a late arrival, Desirèe explained to me how to get there. This was the first time I asked the host so many questions on WhatsApp and received quick, accurate, and polite answers. My questions concerned transportation, accommodation, and so on. Thank you very much for your help and support! So, what will you find in this B&B: proximity to the cleanest beach 10 minutes by bus, supermarket, cafe, large square nearby. Not far from the airport. There is always hot water. Air conditioning. New furniture, plumbing, bed linen, towels, dishes. Shared kitchen where you can cook for yourself. There is a refrigerator, and in it, you will find water, juice, coffee cream. Breakfast: coffee, croissants, and other sweets. The bathroom is shared between several rooms, but I did not notice the presence of other guests. Most importantly, you will never be left with a problem because host Desirèe will tell you and help you. Very pleasant impressions of this quiet town of Lamezia Terme thanks to this B&B. Friends, my one more piece of advice to you: buy a bus ticket at the Tobacco Kiosk for 1.5 euros, from the driver it is 2.5 euros. The ticket is valid for 90 minutes after validation. You need to take two buses from the airport to the apartment. It's not long. Have a nice rest!

Our flight was delayed so we arrived at 11pm without dinner. The host did everything he can to assist us. He first phoned the nearby pizzeria but they are closed. Then he went to the kitchen and provided boiled eggs and some fruite to us which was really nice! The room is small but equipped with everything you need. Pool is a plus! I recommend this hotel for everyone who wants to spend their holidays in lamezia!

Very clean room, well-furnished and is located very close to the railway station. There is tea, coffee and some pastries in the kitchen to have a quick breakfast. We had self check-in and it was very straightforward and easy. Great value for money!
