I organised my girlfriends birthday and our anniversary remotely and the staff was amazingly helpful arranging everything. Flowers, petals on the bed, champagne, fruits, massage in the room, birthday cake. Very responsive and always helpful. I booked the corner room with the jacuzzi and a view in the canal.

This hotel was so different from the classic hotel concept — we truly felt at home here. Even before our arrival, Gianluca’s kind communication stood out. He explained in such a polite and thoughtful way that he would not be at the hotel when we arrived, and sent us very detailed instructions on how to check in by ourselves. Everything worked perfectly. The hotel itself is in a beautiful historic building, just like a typical Venetian home, and in a wonderful location. Breakfast — which Gianluca asked us about in advance — was delivered right to our door at the exact time we preferred. It was much better and more varied than in many hotels we’ve stayed at, and the croissants were simply amazing! We only stayed for two nights, but our hearts remained there. On the second day, we had a small issue and they did everything possible to solve it. At check-out, they explained everything with so much care that we left without a single question in our minds. Gianluca and his wife truly made us feel like family. Being able to leave our luggage safely until our trip to the airport was another big help. We never had any problem communicating — even if language could sometimes be a barrier, the heartfelt connection made everything so easy. We are truly grateful for every detail and every effort. Grazie di cuore! 💕

Overall family hotel vibe of this place, fantastically friendly and kind hotel owners, easy and very informative communication regarding check in and out procedures, simple but very tasty breakfast (with the best tiramisu I ever tried in Italy - very close to what I do at home). Due to our early morning check out we were given a tasty bag with two sandwiches, two small cakes, two fruits and two juices, which were very safely packed with love to us as tourists. Good location 15 minutes max from the railway station and 8 minutes max from the bus station - this was very convenient to walk upon late arrival and on early departure.

All staff members were kind, nice, and super professional. The location was so good that it was quite easy to access other sights, but at the same time, quiet at night. It also takes only 4-5 minutes to get to the vaporetto stop (Accademia). Additionally, the beautiful and tidy garden made me feel cozy and enjoy my last day in Venice.

Excellent facilities in the mobile home. We had everything we needed there. Friendly helpful staff and Loki the dog greeting you every morning was lovely. Ladies on reception are really knowledgeable of the area and transport routes. Delicious food at the on site restaurant and good value for money. Bus stop right outside the property is also an added bonus. Personally our time staying had really respectful guests at night as we have small children and it was nice and quiet for them to sleep.

The pool was great for the kids to play after a day in Venice. The onsite pizzeria made fantastic pizza. Travelling to Venice in the morning on the waterbus was a real adventure. Its a great place to stay with a family for a few days.
