The price is very reasonable. It was perfect for our family of 5. It's a modern house in a gated community and the area is very good. There is parking spot in front of the house. The house is equipped with everything we needed: A large and modern kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine. The lady who greeted us on the first day was very friendly and helpful. She was very welcoming, kind and always ready to help us with anything that we had needed. The apartment was very well located - just a few metres away from a promenade by the lake. Rooms were comfortable and staff super helpful. Great view on Lecco. Granted the location is not ideal for visiting the region (for example compared to Bellagio) but we preferred it over staying in Como and it's much more affordable than Bellagio. The food served in the two restaurants (one within the building and one on the lake) is superb. Parking onsite is a must as parking is limited outside.
