The service was excellent and very friendly, the room was nice, we ate at the hotel each night, there was a choice of starters mains and sweets, for a set price depending on how many courses you chose, (very reasonable priced, only €21 for full 3 course plus salad/veg) we had salad all three nights along with either a starter or main, 1st night pasta with venison ragu👍then pork wrapped in parma ham 👌lastly pasta with pesto😁 table wine was nice & very reasonable at €12, also loved the pinot grigio, which is my tipple, along with a few limonchello's and aperell sprites. The bar closed at 10pm but you could sit and enjoying your drinks in the lounge until whenever. We was on motorbikes and there was ample parking space in the garage and loads of fabulous roads /passes to go on, we didn't use the spa as we went out on our bikes, I would definatly recommend this as a place to stay.

The manager/owner of this family business was so kind and accommodating as I was doing a bike race across the Alps . They had a safe place for my bike, a really awesome room with cool views for a great price. He was really friendly and chatted away to me. They washed and folded all my clothes in a very short time, before I went to bed so I could pack up, as I was in a rush with a race. Dinner was lovely.

We had a very lovely stay here. Central location and easy walkable from the wineries and restaurants. The garage for the auto and bikes is in the basement, so very relaxing. Spotlessly clean, silent and full of light with an amazing view all around. We also enjoyed the two equipped terraces for having a romantic sunset light drink. Marion was very accommodating. The apartment is a great spot to stay if you are in Kaltern and want to fully enjoy it.
