The villa was wonderful, very clean and very tastefully decorated. We particularly appreciated Georgio the biker, a wonderful guy, very kind and helpful. Very quiet location, 15 km from Rome. No problem for us, we had our own car. Highly recommended.

    Apartment in a house. Unusually located, it is actually at unsrground level, but due to the configuration of the terrain, you have to climb 2 floors. The apartment is fully equipped and has a nice patio in front. All appliances are functional and in reality it looks like in the published pictures. The host is kind and helpful. .Private parking is provided and the building is located in a pleasant environment

    Completely refurbished and very clean apartment only 200 meters from Marco Simone Golf Club first tee. Apartment is let out by owner family who went far beyond any expectations in providing amazing care and service.

    This is a brand new and fully equipped studio at Marco Simone Residence, we were their first guests. 😊 The serenity of the place is undescribable, nothing can bother you there. You are 10 min from Rome but you are in complete silence with only the birds churping and trees swaying in the breeze. Vast green spaces, charming little towns around to have a good traditional dinner. The hosts are a very nice family, they provided and assisted us with everything and more! An absolute must see and feel if you have the chance!
