This place was recommended to me by a friend and it exceeded my expectations. The room was enormous with a sitting area, dressing room, and large bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower. The staff was gracious and had helpful recommendations for dinner and things to do. The breakfast was wonderful, with a good selection of cold cuts and pastries, yogurt, cereal, etc. There was also an option to order eggs in many different styles. The location is perfectly situated in the old town, with all the mosaics and Dante exhibits withing walking distance.

Wonderful palazzo with high ceilings, beautiful interiors and artworks. We really enjoyed our stay. The people were very friendly and we had a fantastic breakfast, served by Francesco, who was very nice and hospitable to us. I would highly recommend staying here for the whole experience! The mosaics in Ravenna were beautiful and exceeded our expectations.

It is an elegant place to stay in wonderful Ravenna. Francesca sent a helpful video before to explain access. The location is perfect. Breakfast is exceptional served by Francesca and Concetta. We had a plentiful supply of teas and coffees and cakes whenever we wanted. New towels every day. It was the best stay. Very highly recommended. Ten out of ten.

I liked that the accommodation is in a quiet area, it was not a problem for me to have to walk 20 minutes from the train station. There is a Conad grocery store nearby. Lorena and Alessandro were very kind and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, the room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. In the staircase, the guests are greeted by a cute cat, who accompanies them up to the room's door. :-) Unfortunately, I didn't ask the cat's name. :-)
