The apartment is spacious, the kitchen is well equipped and the house is prepared for the summer with a good air conditioning system. The location was really good, but you do need a car if you stay here. Calm and close to major cities to visit. The host was available every time you needed something. Have stayed before but ate at the restaurant for the first time and really enjoyed it - simple local produce - and with their own wine which was great. Definitely lifted the stay. proper machine hand made coffee in the morning was a bonus too.

Incredible hosts and a beautiful stay Walter and his father are a fantastic hosting team—from picking us up at the station and driving us to the apartment, to kindly offering to transport our backpacks to the next stop. Our host was an elderly couple, they only spoke Italian but we understood each other perfectly, he also used google translate when needed. I made the booking about an hour before arrival, they had everything ready, and clean when we got there. The owners made the breakfast for the requested time in the morning, everything was beautiful! Upstairs is a nicely decorated apartment with two bedrooms, two baths, kitchen fully equipped and a livingroom. There is a big supermarket about 800 meters away.

Location is more distant from main road, in silent neighbourhood. Easy to park nearby for free. Self checkin and checkout made it very convenient and flexible. The first thought i got upon entry was , "Did i barge into someone house accidentally?". Yes. It was that comfortable to stay. I liked the italian design details in it. Many small details made this stay very warm and cosy. The room was clean and spacious and even had a pleasant smell. Bath and shower combo were great - tidy and comfortable to use. During the night, it was very quiet, and the bed was super comfortable. Communication from the host was very infortative and warm.

The apartment is spacious and modern, and everything was clean. Parking is directly in front of the house, and the owner lives above and is very attentive and helpful - once we hung our clothes over the garden railing, and in a few hours, she brought a drying rack to the apartment. Although she does not speak English at all, it worked well with a translator on a phone. The location is nice in a calm small village, but just a few minutes drive from shops, nice restaurants, and about 30 min to Pisa. Overall, it was a really nice stay and I think it will be even better once it gets more established, as we were one of the first customers.
