The room was extremely spacious and the facilities on site are better than anyone can expect. Very clean hotel and the hosts are able to speak many different languages and can cater for anyone that chooses to stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean and you can tell that all the staff take attention to detail seriously. There is a free car park on site and limited restaurants around the hotel, although Memphis Belle is a brilliant bar with food to match. The bathroom was clean, tidy and spacious. The bar onsite is available to residents. We don't usually use the Wi-Fi as we find 4g and 5g more quicker, However the Wi-Fi here is fast and faultless. There is an indoor pool that is perfect for families and a large outdoor pool (Which was not open during our stay) that looks amazing. Tennis Courts on-site and a golf driving range. European breakfast was great and I'm sure the team there would be willing to get you anything that you request. A fantastic place to stay away from Expensive Venice and being around 35mins drive away from Piazzale Roma, we were comforted to be able to return to a clean, comfortable, spacious and welcoming hotel. Thank you all for making our family stay memorable.

Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures. The place was very clean, and the services felt almost like a hotel. Barbara, the host, was incredibly kind and welcoming. Highly recommended!

We arrived in the early hours of the morning, straight from the airport. The gentleman at the desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful. There was a splendid breakfast with superb coffee.

The house is quite spacious, suitable for a family of 4. Has a garage. Has mosquito nets. Has a dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave oven. Location is close enough to both the sea, to go by car, and to Venice also by car. The place is quiet. Check in is done at any hour, no time limit constraints. The host is very nice.

Everything,host is fantastic....She greets you at the start really respectfully and sweet.Also great hospitality!The beds were really soft and cozy. Would recommend for everyone who is traveling to Italy. Garden is also fantastic and there is a really friendly dog that brings smiles when we see him. Woman warned us about everything and had really great service. The house had everything needed for a reliable price. The price for 7 beds is really good since you can bring multiple people. Really great place, we recommend.
