It doesn’t look as on their website, far from true.Only 1 person was speaking English. Very poor service. They not aloud you to take a glass with drink to the room when 36-40 degrees outside, fridge smells really bad and not cold enough. It is one of the best family hotels we have ever stayed at. There is so much for children to do, the staff are fantastic, the food is amazing.
