Lovely boutique hotel, curated with great attention to detail and highlighting the historic elements of this old venetian villa. This was our third stay and we wouldn't change a single thing! The entire team are absolutely lovely and always make us (and our dog) feel right at home. The train ride to venice island is only a few stops and there are many cafés, bars and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Pro tip: plan your trip to stay on a Monday and visit the weekly market in Moglinao Veneto in the morning! Added bonus: the washer and dryer are always nice when we have been on the road for a while.

The property itself is stunning! The staff were super friendly and couldn’t do more for us. The location was great as the train station was literally at the end of the drive and it only takes 20 minutes to get to Venice.

Perfect, this house is very beautiful, clean, and smells wonderful. Have a wonderful garden and is peaceful. We were in Venice and after the crowds there we enjoyed on this place. The hosts have thought of every detail with special attention. There was everything in case you forgot: from a bottle of water to toothbrushes... everything I mean that in the literal sense of the word. Amazing! Congratulations and thank you. Nice comfy place with spacious balcony, decent kitchen, clean bathroom, and overall excellent impression. We stayed there for five days as family of three and it was really fine. Parking is in the front. Nice bar also. City center is ten minutes walk and train station five minutes walk away.

Luca was the perfect host, offering to meet me at the train station and take me back again at the end of my stay. The apartment is in a residential block with green space in front and to the back and is quiet and peaceful. It's spacious, it was clean, and it had everything I required including a good washing machine. There is a bus stop across the road while Mogliano station is about a 25 minute walk away with frequent trains to and from Venice, though less so in the evenings.

Close to the train and a supermarket. Only three stops by train to Venice – very convenient. A lovely small garden, the house is cozy and the rooms are charming. Clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful.
