Awesome service, helpful staff, quiet location with lot of facilities, fenced terrace allowing the dog to be outside, enough place for a family with 4 kids, everything was perfect.

The location of the property provides the traveller with view of the country side less travelled. Furniture and finishes of the property makes it feel of an exceptional hotel type experience. The activities including swimming pool and tennis courts provide a relaxing time which is secluded and let’s you unwind. It was a lovely, place with full kitchen facilities and pond with ducks abd frogs, surrounded by enveloping hills. We had such a warm welcome and it was so good value for money. Bed was wide and really comfortable abd bathroom big. Outside terrace was really nice in the morning. I would have liked to stay longer. I felt like being in happy home. Thank you so much of the warm athmosphere!

The staff are so friendly and welcoming, particularly both men on reception. The hotel is in a great location to go into Urbino. Lovely pool, great food in the restaurant and lots of choices at the breakfast buffet. Room was cleaned daily, had air conditioning and lots of space for storage.

The hill town is a unique, cozy, and characteristic B&B with a beautiful panorama from the terrace. The staff was amiable and I liked it a lot. There is a nice restaurant. So you can rest a bit there or explore the north of the Marche. It's not far from the Adriatic coast, so Fano is close at hand. It's not far from the Gola del Furlo. The price was ok (maybe I took advantage of a last-minute deal).
