The place was super quiet, clean and beautiful. The staff members were really kind: they waited for us to arrive, showed us around and were also really responsive via chat.

One of the best stay I ever had. The accomodation is in a strategic position, close to Terracina and it is well connected towards Sperlonga, Gaeta, Circeo or Sabaudia. The place is run by a local family which puts lots of love and effort to make your stay unforgettable. The rooms are all new, spacious and well equipped. There is a patio as well as a swimming pool. The parking is inside. We had an issue booking the wrong way but they managed to arrange our stay the day before without letting us pay extra. Highly recommended. We will come back

I am not the type to post reviews but feel compelled to comment on this property. If i could give this B&B an 11+ I would - unfortunately the ratings only go up to 10. The property had a good rating of 9.7 but when we arrived we were blown away with how beautiful and extremely clean it was. The quality and decor of the property was outstanding , the gardens stunning. At night the ambiance in the garden is outstanding as it is lit up with subtle lighting and the views of the castle and old town are fantastic. Now lets move onto the host , Sebrina -what can i say - she is the ultimate host - she is so friendly and delightful and made our stay wonderful. The rooms are accessed via the beautiful entry hall and a white marble staircase, the rooms are well equipped and extremely clean. The photos online do not do the property justice- the actual property will exceed every expectation. This has to be one of the best properties i have ever stayed at and that is saying a lot as I regularly frequent 5 & 6 Star Hotels.

A beautiful property immaculately presented with caring staff and owner who waited till after 9.00PM to check us in after our flight was delayed by 2 hours. This is an exceptional resort and great value for money.

I received a very warm welcome, even though I arrived early. The room was small but perfectly comfortable for one person. It was spotlessly clean. The view was of a street but this wasn't a beach holiday for me, so I didn't mind. The accommodation was close to the main piazzas, restaurants, bars etc.. As someone walking the Via Francigena, this was perfect for me. Thank you.

The accommodation is in an excellent location, only a short walk to the centre of Fondi. The host was welcoming and we had good communication in the lead up to our stay. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, spacious and good value for money. Breakfast in the local bar was great too.
