Everything. Very good location in the old charming town of Montecosaro with beautiful views on mountains and sea. We could reach the excellent beaches of Conero region in twenty minutes. The apartment is in an authentic refurbished old house very comfortable with cosy garden. Tho host family has been very kind. We have very pleasant evening hours in smalltalk and glass of wine. We got all important and interesting information about the town the region and history of the place. Parking is in the front of the house or nearby parking lot. Breakfast was excellent traditional Italian with good coffee

Very friendly hostess, always trying to help and answer all questions, provide everything you need. We felt at home. Very green and well-kept area near the house. Comfortable gazebo, breakfast at a convenient time for you. The apartment has a kitchen, which was very convenient. If you are without a car, then the sea can be reached by train 1 stop, which is very convenient. The sea is very warm and there is an excellent sandy beach for children.

It was an incredible stay. The host welcomed us with a smile, was really gentle and polite, responsive to all the questions we had. Also he provided us with useful information about the parking spots even so we haven’t ask. This made our stay way more enjoyable.

We have spent great time in VIVO. The place is located close to the beach (5min walk). There is a lot of bars and restaurants where everyone might find his favorite delicious Italian cuisine. The room was super clean and comfortable. Also, the rooms are quiet so you can sleep well in comfortable bed. In the lobby you can find everything what you need. The Staff (Sara who is the owner) is friendly and helpful. Perfect place for summer holidays.

New, clean, and comfortable 2 bedroom apartment overlooking the lungomare in Civitanova Marche. Apartment was well-stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay near the beach. Air conditioners with heat in every room. Beautiful balcony overlooking the sea. Plenty of free street parking available right in front of the building. Lots of restaurants, bars, parks and beach clubs nearby. Highly recommended for a beach getaway!

It's located right in the city center, but still it's very quiet to have a good night of sleep. Coffee was delicious and the room had everything I needed and more. The manager was super nice and helpful.
