The terme pools are quite large and have a diverse assortment of therapies. The Nero Spa was so relaxing and my husband and I could have spent more time here. Several different saunas, steam rooms, and sensory areas. We also paid to have all 3 meals included in our stay and the food was amazing. The wines we tried were all excellent. Swimming pools and whirlpools make a combination of joy, swimming, exercise and healing water treatment. Hotel staff was friendly and attentive, quality of food service and how it was organised exceeded all expectations. Special thanks to the receptionist Eugenia for her attention and providing helpful information during our stay and thanks to all hotel staff for such a wonderful week of family vacation. I did not expected anything and got everything😁 We travelled with 2 kids, one only 8 months old and support from stuff was unexpected. Nothing was not problem! Pools were great, food also without any issue, all and all service were fantastic. Maybe hotel can be a little older but bcs of good care about it, there is anything to mentioned. It wasn't busy when we went. We even had the pool to ourself for 1h. We had a free upgrade to a suite. Which was gorgeous and the bed was firm. Internet worked well. Breakfast was plentiful and they make you the coffee you request. The hotel is dated but in a nostalgic way and it is kept well. Room and bathroom were very large and comfortable. The beauty/Spa treatments are a dream. The ladies at the reception were amazing, they did everything to accomadate us to enjoy our short stay.
