Very clean and looks like a new place, nice and bright! Helpful and friendly owners if you need anything. Bedroom with good bed, bathroom, bed couch, little desk, wardrobe, balcony., Only kitchen is shared including all facilities you need, no problem and during my stay nobody used the kitchen. Shared with two other rooms. Close to Monterotondo center and also to Rome center. Busstops nearby

A Hidden Gem on the Edge of Rome! Our stay in Monterotondo was absolutely exceptional. The apartment was spacious, crystal clean, and beautifully renovated with a perfect blend of historical charm and modern comfort. It truly felt like we were the very first guests — everything was immaculate and thoughtfully arranged. Nestled right in the heart of the village, the location gave us a true taste of Italian life. Although it's just a 30-minute drive or about an hour by bus from Rome, it felt like we had stepped into a peaceful Tuscan vineyard setting — quiet, scenic, and incredibly relaxing. The building itself has a lovely historical character, yet the interiors are fresh and stylish, offering all the comforts of a modern home. It felt more like staying in a homely Italian house than a typical rental — warm, welcoming, and full of charm. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore Rome while enjoying the beauty and tranquility of the countryside. We would definitely love to return!
